This Privacy Policy describes how Dezfoundry Labs (5004812 Ontario Inc.) handles information in connection with this website (dezfoundry.com). Our products, including HomeSynk, have their own separate privacy policies.

Information we collect

This is a static marketing website. We do not require accounts, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We collect only:

• Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites. It reports aggregate metrics such as page views and referrers.
• Email you send us. If you email us, we receive the contents of your message and your email address so we can reply.

How we use information

We use aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We use any email you send solely to respond to you.

How long we keep it

Cloudflare Web Analytics data is aggregate and retained by Cloudflare on a rolling basis (it does not identify you). We keep emails you send only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, then delete them in the ordinary course.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking.
• We do not set non-essential cookies.

Third parties

The site is served by Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and secure the site. External links (such as homesynk.ca) are governed by their own policies.

Where data is processed

We are based in Ontario, Canada. Because the site is delivered through Cloudflare's global network, requests and aggregate analytics may be processed on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. Email you send is handled by our email provider, which may also process data outside Canada.
